1. In-plant warehousing is not required. Firstnet provide central warehousing for export or distribution after IQC or 

   QA is done.

2. Ownership of cargo is belonged to vendor until physical exported or distributed to downstream.

3. Vendor is full responsible for all the expenses within an agreed timeline.
